Used today - Rejuvenating cleanser, Gentle face + body wash and Therapy plus

28th November 2010
Day one never really arrived, as I was juggling too many balls (all you dynamic yummy mummies out there know what I am talking about). But I decided this morning that my hair had to be washed, to give my new skin care regimen a healthy chance of working especially for my face.

Face: Dear face, really looking forward to never having to wear coverage on you again to conceal spots, blemishes and uneven skin tone, but only to use them sparingly for glamming up purposes only. The Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian flawless, smooth, radiant and supple skins are now within my grasp and yours, wait for my verdict in the next couple of weeks.
First on my must use list was the rejuvenating cleanser. I put a couple of small drops - just a tiny amount on my wet palms, brought to lather and started some serious “me time” beauty indulgence. I washed my face first with gentle circular movements and my neck area last. I gave more attention to my problem areas, but I wasn’t over zealous with my administration just common sense really.

I have always loved water, so rinsing my face with copious amounts of the stuff didn’t faze me. Next I proceeded to my ….

Body
A good thing I already use a net sponge. The gentle face + body wash requires one. Onto a good thing here 'me thinks' – I will be getting rid of dead skin cells, revealing smoother, toned and get this – cellulite free upper and lower halves (yipee!). The massaging movement on my dimply bits I’ve found out from a girlfriend works wonders on cellulite - go figure. You never know I may be doing a Kirsty Alley on Oprah Winfrey soon….here’s to dreaming.

Ok enough banter divas (I’m digressing). I needed some moisture and suppleness of skin (warm shower I think) for this part to work (in I got). Applied a generous dollop (2 small squirts) into the palm of my hands and rubbed all over my body concentrating more on rough areas of skin i.e. knees, elbows and definitely my glutes . Next – squirted a small amount into already wet net sponge, and set to work all over my body and rinsed thoroughly afterwards. I left the shower thinking that there was already a visible difference on my skin (am I making myself see things here?). Couldn’t wait to checkout my blemished facial skin next, maybe a miracle had occurred (in retrospect that was a bit silly as it was my first time of using dermHA).

Next Up - Moisture goodness
I found the therapy plus moisturizer very yummy in application. It didn’t feel heavy on the face and gilded on like water. Really - it literally disappeared once it was on my skin and my face didn’t feel greasy at all. Shame I couldn’t apply same on my body (oh well)…my shea butter still does do the trick.

Tomorrow
I am thinking that maybe it’s time I throw my skin into a deeper state of shock and check out the gentle exfoliating enzyme mask…..afterwards I may apply the ultra-hydrating hyaluronic-moisture serum. Question is - would this be a case of goodness overload? Hmmhh….will keep you posted.
